For those of you that will be headed into The Valley of The Sun on Tuesday evening- the room block will accommodate this as well! Please let us know of your expected time of arrivals, so that we may coordinate a casual meet up for a pre-game event! We will be announcing our start time for events on Wednesday, October 5th, 2017- this day’s events will have the latest start time, so if you catch an earlier flight on 10/5- be sure to inform us of your itinerary, so that we can direct you to join in on the festivities! Our closing event will be on Friday, October 6th, 2017- time to be announced soon! We hope you will take the weekend to enjoy the sights of Arizona!
