I wanted to extend some courtesies often asked of us as professionals on each tour. To many of these clients, this is a dream realized. So, please be respectful of material choices, furniture, etc in your comments on each site. Like most of our clients, they all have video cameras and could be listening in.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that we are looking forward to learning more about how to do things better, even by touring our own projects. By no means do we think we are perfect, or even close. I’m positive there are issues on each job, flaws in fact, that we potentially aren’t even aware of. We welcome positive feedback as an organization.

Below is a list of the projects. We have included dropbox links to the associated 3D renderings (if available) and plan sets for your review. Please do not share. We have redacted names at the clients request and renamed them.

Historical Locations, Monuments and Activities

Charleston City Market

Charleston City Market - one of the nation's oldest public markets. Most items are all locally made and indigenous to South Carolina traditions and cultures. Making your way through will likely take a few hours. Pay attention to the sweetgrass basket makers. These artisans are unlike any other and you will struggle to find anything like it outside of Charleston.https://www.thecharlestoncitymarket.com

The Battery / Rainbow Row

These two areas are walkable. You can see the entire harbor and the mouth of the Atlantic Ocean in these areas. It is surrounded by the country's oldest and most famous houses. You should be able to see Fort Sumter and Castle Pinkney on clear days.

Beaches to Visit

Folly Beach

Funky and local, sometimes just weird. But, as the saying goes, it's our weird. If you want to go, you need to go early, as traffic can get congested on two way roads in and out. The washout is where the surfers go. Breakfast restaurant the Lost Dog and lunch spots at the Tiki Bar are pretty good. - https://www.follybeach.com

Sullivans Island - Locals Choice

By far the most historical. Sullivans island was a bulwark of defense during the revolutionary war and the first shots of the civil war were fired from this island at Fort Moultrie. A locals secret, you can find a really cool jetty and beach spot at Fort Moultrie. The confederate army occupied the island and many of the houses were officers quarters long ago. An amazing place to have lunch at Poes, Home Team BBQ, Mex 1, or Aubrey's favorite, the Co-Op where you can get bottled frozen rose and awesome sandwiches. - https://www.charlestoncvb.com/beaches/sullivans-island/
